Hollyseal?PVC foam tape is made of super low density (95±10kg/m3) very soft closed cell PVC foam with a self-adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive on one side, which provides excellent sealing of air, water, light etc., gap filling and shock absorption in the installation of structural components at different compression levels. It can also be adjusted in terms of density, stiffness and compression rebound to provide the right performance for a wide range of applications. They are suitable for applications such as automotive sheet metal damping and sealing, water tank sealing, HVAC sealing, roof weather stripping, electrical and electronic damping and sealing, power battery sealing and cushioning, die-cut gaskets and other applications such as dustproofing, waterproofing, vibration damping, cushioning, sound insulation and heat insulation.

The main types of PVC foam that we produce are:

● Fast recovery foam - the material recovers immediately after compression

● Slow recovery PVC foam - ideal for filling irregular surfaces
